I love this manga but BOY do I hate the new translaters. The old ones before them were professional, the text was simple, easy to read and looked great, the chapters were all in one part and nicely paced. The translators water mark was at the END of each chapter, it looked clean and well written. Hats off to the team at S2manga! Beautifully done!
Now this new team is shit. They’re slobby, and some chapters have a bad case of repeating panels, so much so I thought there was something wrong with my browser until I read other people saying the same thing. The text is way too big for the text box at times and comic sans? Really?? The chapters are now all divided up into parts for some reason. This can work but NOT for this particular manga, it definitely ruined the story pacing and made the work difficult to follow, which is a shame.
And don’t get me started on the watermarks. They’re big, bold, and obnoxious. They cover up half the panel and obscures the beautiful artwork most of the time. And they’re a constant eyesore. No, I don’t want to read this on kunmanga because your quality is shit, if I wanted to read this manga at the lowest possible quality I’d definitely make my way to kunmanga.com. It’s as if they purposely sacrificed the picture quality for ugly watermarks pasted on every inch of artwork as if you own it.
I’ve noticed this a lot recently, and honestly, idc how long it takes to translate at least we know we’re getting the best possible experience for any speaker of any language. I’d rather translators take their time and release wonderfully translated and made mangas than for them to rush it and pump out badly formated chapters.
I’m definitely going to read this on S2mangas.com.
